We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager at Opal’s Matraville Paper & Recycling facility. This facility is a continuous manufacturing environment which operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and every day of the year. 


As 2IC to the Warehouse Manager, you will support them with


•    development of rosters and allocation of tasks for the team
•    development and review of SOPs 
•    ensuring Cycle Counts are completed to schedule
•    training the team 
•    reviewing and managing operating costs


Your responsibilities will also include ensuring all loads are prepared and staged and timeslots are kept up to date and progressed throughout the day. You will provide feedback and support to customers and have housekeeping, safety and reporting responsibilities.


Discover Yourself


You are an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a background in manufacturing and distribution. 


You possess experience 


  • loading using a forklift and a current forklift license 
  • in load manipulation to match the configuration of driver truck dimension to ensure utilization of vehicle capacity
  • operating Grab Forklifts (highly desirable)
  • supervising Safe Work Processes
