Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business across Australia. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal team as our site in Pemulwuy, NSW is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to come onboard!  

The key focus of this role will be to:

• Manage stock and administration tasks for the Pemulwuy site
• Planning inbound and outbound deliveries
• Invoicing completed orders into the WMS system
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing pallets
• Ensuring that documents are filed correctly
• Assisting cross-functional teams by addressing any internal enquiries

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a warehousing or logistics environment
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A safety and customer-focused mindset
• Meticulous, organized and accurate data entry skills
• Good organizational skills – communication, teamwork, and time management
• A current forklift licence would be viewed favourably (but is not a requirement)
