We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Coordinator with a passion to learn and grow into a Sales or Account Management position. This role will be responsible for providing internal support for to the strategic sales, new business team, and Opal Packaging Plus’ (OPP) strategic customers.
The success of this role will be measured by;
- Supporting Strategic sales team with day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Internal project coordination between the internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing the quoting process through relevant systems.
- Commercial analysis and ad hoc administration support.
- Data collation and analysis over multiple systems and reports.
- Generation of customer reports, business reviews, and presentations.

- Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Focused on assisting internally to deliver the best experience for our customers.
- Able to work across multiple teams and business units.
- Ability to analyse multiple points of data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
