We have an exciting new opportunity available for an HR Advisor to join our HR Business Partnering team in NSW. This role will be a 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT. The role will work from both our Revesby, NSW and Banksmeadow, NSW sites.

This will be a generalist role supporting team members at our NSW sites with:

• HR advice and support
• Industrial and Employment relations issues
• Performance management
• Investigations
• HR systems
• Recruitment and selection
• Training and development

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;

• Experience in an HR generalist role, ideally working in manufacturing
• Experience working in a unionised environment
• Sounds knowledge of HR methodologies and practices
• Strong relationship building experience
