The E/I Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring that the planning for Electrical & Instrumentation work is delivered in the most cost-effective manner possible with a key focus on plant reliability.

 

This includes:

  • Planning work orders using Enterprise Asset management System
  • Building Job Packs for the jobs
  • Procurement of external labour and materials (locate, receive quotes, evaluate, & purchase)
  • Inspecting the work area for the job
  • Attending meetings
  • Raising work requests
  • Arranging for overhauls of removed equipment (i.e. Rotables)
  • Develop library plans for standard jobs
  • Recipient in Charge (RIC) duties where required
  • Ensuring that all components of job delivery are brought together on time, in full, at the place of execution

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;

 

  • Electrical Trade or Engineering Degree
  • Relevant industry experience of at least 5 years
  • Maintenance or Project Delivery experience of at least 5 years
  • Planning & Scheduling experience preferable
  • Project Management experience
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and SAP is essential
