Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business across Australia. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal team as our site in Shepparton is currently looking for an Administration Officer to come onboard!   

The key focus of this role will be to:

• Ensure that Accounts Payable and the Accounts Receivable duties are carried out in an effective and efficient manner
• Liaise with customers relating to process enquiries, orders, and queries.
• Manage and maintain customer Back Orders Report
• Managing the ROP process
• Create PO’s & process supplier invoices

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Experience in providing phone-based customer service (is required)
• Prior experience in using accounts payable and receivable systems is required (Paradigm experience would be highly regarded)
• General computer literacy
• Beginner to intermediate Excel skills
• The ability to be a positive member of a small tight-knit team
• A diploma in a relevant business-related discipline would be viewed favourably, but is not required
