We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal Fibre Packaging team as an Inside Sales Representative at our Spearwood site in WA.
The key focus of this role will be to:
- Proactively drive sales growth through existing enterprise customers and develop new sales opportunities
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide internal support around the onboarding of new customers and new work process
- Making a high volume of customer calls per day – based on customer spend and order frequency
- Perform relevant background research on customer accounts
- Utilise our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage and record interactions with customers

For this role we would ideally like you to have:
- Experience working in sales and/ or a customer service environment (experience in tele-sales or call centres would be viewed favourably but is not essential)
- Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and a strong customer-centric mindset
- Confident, engaging, friendly, a great communicator and pleasant mannerisms, with ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivation, initiative, tenacity, and good listening skills
- Packaging experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
