We have a unique opportunity available to join our Opal Packaging Plus sales team in Melbourne as a trainee territory account manager / sales cadet.  We have a supportive sales manager and team who will guide and coach you to achieve success in this role, working within a business that’s stable and well-established with plenty of career opportunities for the future.

 

In this role you will develop relationships and manage an existing customer portfolio, and there will also be opportunity for you to hone your business development skills and seek opportunities to win new customer business.

 

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

 

  • Having the passion and desire to grow and learn within our sales team
  • Be a good listener and be open to feedback on your approach
  • Having strong communication skills and natural ability to start a conversation and build strong relationships, both internally and externally
