Discover the Opportunity 

We are currently embarking on some exciting integration activities in order to deliver a best-in-class centralised supply chain and procurement function to support our six operating divisions.    In building our Centre of Excellence capability we are now looking to appoint a Strategic Program Manager to provide the governance, reporting and oversight of our Supply Chain projects.   In this key role, you will be responsible for;

 

  • Managing and reporting on all aspects of the Supply Chain and Procurement strategic programs including scope, schedule, budget, risk, dependencies and benefits versus targets

 

  • Developing and administering a governance framework to support effective execution of major programs of work

 

  • Striving for capability uplift in project management and governance throughout the supply chain organisation and identifying and deploying continuous improvement opportunities

 

  •  Supporting the identification of opportunities to close capability gaps across the project delivery community through structured development activities

 

  • Maintaining strong engagement with internal stakeholders and key external partners

  • At least 10 years prior experience in project management and delivery with the latter period operating in a PMO Lead capacity.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability  to create and foster strong working relationships and lead a cross functional project team of SME’s
  • Well-developed expertise in project governance frameworks and reporting cadence
  • Understanding of supply chain and procurement disciplines having worked in other large, multi-divisional, supply chain centric organisations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Project Management qualifications desirable
