We have an opportunity available to join our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team as a Sales Support Coordinator based at our Knoxfield, VIC site.

This role would suit an individual keen to progress and be provided a development pathway for future career growth within Sales at Opal. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with a number of administrative tasks that will enable them to maximise time with our customers to improve the sales processd and drive profitable revenue growth.

You will contribute to the success of the sales team by:

• Raising quotes, ensuring price alignment where required
• Ordering samples for customers
• Setting up and managing customer master data in SAP
• Participating in monthly sales meetings

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have;

• Experience in a sales team would be beneficial, but not essential
• Strong communication, presentation & customer service skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM
• Analytical skills and financial acumen desired
