Due to some recent organisational changes within one of our divisions, we are excited to offer a new opportunity to join our Opal Specialty Packaging division as a Sales Manager.

 

This role will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Account Managers for the VIC market for our Opal Packaging Plus business.

 

We are looking for someone who has experience successfully leading and managing a sales team to maintain a customer centric business and sales culture.

 

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

 

  • Guiding and leading the team to hit KPIs and targets in a competitive market
  • Developing productive and value-adding working relationships with our customers
  • Providing sales mentoring and coaching to enable the team to achieve success in retaining our existing customer portfolio as well as developing and growing new business
  • Successfully integrating sales team members from 2 different business units
  • Maintaining focus and discipline around Salesforce Lightning CRM usage

  • Sales team management experience
  • Solution selling experience, preferably with a packaging or bespoke manufactured product background
