An exciting opportunity to join a fun, dynamic, and collaborative legal team. Are you an organised and proactive professional ready to optimise legal department operations and make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for an experienced Legal Operations Coordinator to join our talented and supportive Legal team. Based in Burnley, VIC and reporting to the Group General Counsel, this role offers the chance to enhance legal processes, manage digital legal systems, and help drive operational excellence across our department.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing high-level administrative and document preparation support to the legal team, including drafting simple legal documents and confidentiality agreements
- Assisting with Company Secretariat administration, including meeting preparation, agenda drafting, and compliance record-keeping
- Managing legal online systems (such as Xakia and NetDocs) and driving the development of automated workflows to improve team efficiency
- Tracking legal spend, reviewing external invoices, and preparing monthly budget reports for leadership
- Supporting compliance oversight, documentation management, and internal policy implementation

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:
- A qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience managing legal administrative tasks, legal tech systems (e.g., Xakia, NetDocs), and budget/invoice tracking
- Strong proficiency across the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with a knack for process improvement and workflow automation
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate across all levels of the business
