We have an exciting opportunity available to join our fun, dynamic, and collaborative legal team.  Are you a passionate legal professional ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our talented and supportive Legal team. Based in Burnley, VIC this role offers the chance to work on high-value projects and help drive business success across Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing strategic legal advice on commercial operations, compliance, contracts, disputes
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal and business challenges
• Improving legal processes to drive efficiency and value
• Managing and collaborating with external counsel on corporate and transactional matters

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;

• 1-3 years’ experience in a top-tier law firm
• A current practising certificate
• Experience in corporate and contract law
• Well-developed commercial acumen
• A positive, proactive attitude
