We’re on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Health & Safety Manager to join our passionate People, Safety & Culture (PSC) team!

As a Health & Safety Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in championing health, safety, and well-being across our sites. You’ll lead the charge in creating a culture of safety, supporting our teams, and ensuring that everyone goes home safe and well—every day.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Partner with people leaders to embed safety in everything we do.
✅ Develop and roll out innovative health & safety strategies and initiatives.
✅ Conduct audits, inspections, deliver training, and lead investigations with confidence and care.
✅ Engage our teams to drive participation, ownership, and continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.
✅ Provide insights and data-driven reports to guide our next steps in safety excellence.
