We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Fibre Packaging Customer Service team, based at our Knoxfield office.

You will play a pivotal role in assisting with the support of a portfolio of customers, facilitating the first point of contact and be responsible for the ongoing management for all orders and account queries.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

  • Administering end to end order management for a dedicated portfolio of customers
  • Providing prompt and accurate feedback to queries to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Building great relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate processing and monitoring of order progress
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to effectively resolve issues
  • Providing high level of support to both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities and contributing to cultivation of process improvement

  • Proven experience in a customer service function
  • Professional communication skills, with the ability to build effective customer relationships

  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Pro-active nature, with the ability to problem solve and calmly resolve challenging situations
  • ERP and CRM system experience (SAP and Salesforce preferred)
