An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Manukau.  


 You will contribute to the success of Opal by:


  • Providing high level service & support to both internal/external customers
  • Managing the end to end order process ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution of any issues
  • Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Providing prompt communication to suppliers and customers with regards to order status when required.
  • Collaborating with the internal Purchasing Team in maintaining the efficiency of purchasing processes and procedures.
  • Collecting and providing accurate information to Customers and Account Managers
  • Providing general assistance to the Customer Support team

  • Proven experience in a customer service function
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships
  • A positive outlook & passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Pro-active nature, with the ability to problem solve and calmly resolve challenging situations
  • Strong computer skills (CRM, MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc)
