We’re excited to offer a new opportunity within the Opal Fibre Packaging sales team in Queensland. As a leader in innovative corrugated packaging solutions, we partner with a diverse range of industries to deliver smart, sustainable outcomes.

 

As a Territory Manager, you’ll manage a well-established portfolio of Industrial and FMCG clients across the Brisbane region, giving you exposure to a diverse customer base ranging from family-owned businesses and emerging start-ups to large multinational organisations. In this relationship-driven role, you’ll partner closely with customers to understand their needs, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that create genuine commercial value and long-term partnerships.

 

This is a highly autonomous position, ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, building strong face-to-face connections with customers and developing their own go-to-market strategies. When you’re not visiting clients, your base will be our Rocklea site, providing a supportive hub for collaboration and planning.

 

 

You will contribute to the success of Opal by driving sales growth in this territory through:

 

  • Drive sales growth and improve gross margins across your existing customer portfolio
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by expanding share of wallet and winning new customers
  • Take ownership of key accounts, including contract management and ongoing relationship development 
  • Develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives
  • Manage contracts, pricing agreements, and ongoing account performance reviews

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;

 

  • Ideally solution selling experience working with fresh produce or agricultural customers
  • Demonstrated account management experience where you have grown share of wallet with an existing customer portfolio
  • Established track record of hunting and closing new business, building relationships and business with new customers
  • Plenty of energy, enthusiasm and resilience
  • Be a self-starter with a strong results orientation
