The role is responsible for servicing Opal Packaging Plus customer requirements and provision of sales support. This will encompass all aspects of customer service, together with the dissemination of market information and maintenance of appropriate systems.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
- Actively manage customers in line with relevant service agreement
- Service walk-in customers
- Actively work together with customer service team to service ‘house accounts’
- Process sales orders for customers, repeat and new orders
- Amend sales orders and product specifications as required
- Ensure accuracy of data entry pertaining to sales orders
- Work with the Sales Team on joint projects as required

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in using SAP or similar ERP system & Experince using CRM
- Customer focused
- Team player attitude
- Strong time management skills including ability to deal with competing priorities
- Excellent communications skills in both written and verbal
